A leading and famous Moroccan chef, Chef Hakim has extensive experience that exceeds 15 years, and unmatched skills in the preparation of Moroccan dishes gained through his academic studies and his work at several five-star hotel restaurants and many other popular tourist destinations such as Sofitel Agadir Royal Spa, La Mamounia Marrakesh, Royal Mansour Marrakesh, Shangri-La Dubai and The Westin Gulf & Spa Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Chef Hakim learned the art of cookery in the city of Marrakech, an environment filled with authentic flavours, and while he has created unique dishes, the Chef abides to the use of traditional Moroccan spices to maintain these genuine tastes. According to him, “innovation lies in the art of decorating a dish before serving it”.
